Bed heater replaced and still getting klipper shutdown error
Started getting klipper shutdown errors for bed not heating at expected rate. Checked everything I could, even replaced the thermal fuse again to no avail. Strange thing is it would start to heat and get to about 50 C when error would hit. Then after tons of troubleshooting it kept getting worse and does it after a few degrees of heat. I replaced the bed heater with another Keneevo and having exact same behavior. I can honestly say the only change that was made prior to all of this was installing the RC3 update. I strongly believe this is software related and not hardware at this point. I even tried imaging a new Sandisk Ultra microSDXC UHS-I card with the RC2 image I used originally. All went OK, until it came to board flashing. The boards say they flashed but then when it restarts the boards are still on the RC3 versions and did not downgrade. I cannot find the prebuilt image file for RC3, is that post on Github? I have the debug.zip file ready to attach if needed.

You want to upgrade the RC2 image to RC3 before setting up the configurator or flashing the boards.
