Routing issue
Hi, sorry if this isn't the best place but I think I have routing issues with my ISP and I saw other people got it resolved on here.
I live in Oregon and have Comcast. My ping to the server in my state is 30+ which is more about what I'd expect from a California server. Using Cloudflare Warp I've seen it go from 34 ping to 21 along with similar reductions for the N. Cali server and Texas which from what I've heard appears to confirm it's a routing problem.
I know it's not unplayable by any means but I'd appreciate any help with this.

I think this is desired behavior and not a routing issue, whats your Oregon latency like ? ping out to

well dont ping me please, if you have a problem open up a topic in comms help and we will check it out
can you do a traceroute as well please
nah not for me for this post
okay so no ping 🫡
Of course. Had to put it in a txt file since discord blocked my message for advertising if I pasted.
yeah so you go back to Seattle, our peering with COMCAST is in Seattle and San Jose, they should be really sending you to San Jose strait, but I dont know how their infrastructure works. ill check more when I get a chance
the delay is caused by the path from Seattle to San Jose its about 15-20ms
can you also fill this up please https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd9c4AbpNLxwxlVbtEgVQbdjgyAKOTllug5TSSPKPvm_Na5wA/viewform it will give me more info about your IP so I can check the subnet on comcast

Done, thanks for your help.
Would it help if I did a traceroute for the Texas server as well? Like I said, I seem to get a similar reduction from Warp on it.
its the same IP everywhere as we use anycast
warp basically does the same thing, but for their network ( cloudflare )
Not to be a bother, but is there any update on this?
