Routing issue
Been having this issue since last year not sure what could of changed, I've tried everything from contacting my ISP and they have been no help saying it could be riot routing issue which didn't seem believable. Virginia servers used to be 20 and Georgia was at max 30 but now it jumps to 30-40 on Virginia, if possible to resolve this i would greatly appreciate it. @lyra @Kenji-San

Good morning, if anyone is able to help me this week with the weird ping spikes on Virginia that would be great. It’s been an ongoing issue since last year and it’s just getting worse with the routing.

its weird on georgia i feel no stutter lag or anything but when i play on VA it stutters all to hell its like im on 20 ping on georgia
i already did this morning since we had wifi maintenance with xfinity

ive done speed tests nothing was the issue on my side so it doesnt make sense why im having this issue

like you mean shooting and movement?
there are options in the game client to monitor network graphs enable them go to practice and when it jump your latency I mean it should show up on graphs take a screenshot of them and post it here
its mostly ping spikes and stuttering in game i never had 30 plus to 40 ping on virginia i had consistent 20 before.

anytime i get into fights i ping spike out of nowhere and feel stuttering it doesnt feel stable on va servers but when i play on georgia its stable even on higher ping that doesnt make sense.
im on 42-46 on georgia when it used to be 25-30 max it has gone up alot i would say.

I am seeing 27ms average from MA in Comcast towards Virginia
so theres something fishy here bruh

Routing is correct here from Riots side, there is nothing imidiate we can do to improve the latency, I need to reach out to Comcast to check out their own routing based on your traceroute, maybe they can improve their own route better. Needs more checks. So dont expect any changes anytime soon unfortunately.
