Can't join queue for more than 10 sec, "Party members not ready:"

My valorant started doing this thing where if i'm in a party with friends and we join queue, at 10 sec into queue it cancels queue and the red "QUEUE" button shows an exclamation point and when you hover over it, it says "Party members not ready: (my name)". Rejoining new parties, going to range and back to lobby and restarting my games, refreshing my network through powershell SOMETIMES allows me to queue into game, but the next game its the same thing and its a ridiculous amount of work to join any game. It also happens when i'm solo queueing but less frequently. I know this was an universal issue for players in 2021 after a new episode reset so anything i search online just shows this was a server issue and offers no help for me having this issue now. If anyone has dealt with this and can help please let me know!
