Thanks Ill check it out I didn’t understand the part on the right side of the page.. why did you take d^2r/dt^2 negative and did you neglect the delta r^2 term? In the (r+delta r)^2 term

No look at rhe terms in mr*omega^2 and other one, since centrifugal one has rho prime which is greater thwn rho hence centrifugal one will be bigger so it will move outwards
