Is there a Forum where „SMART“ people have Discussions about AI Tools & Agents
Every other Month a new Model comes out and Coding Agents and CLIs also change on a regular basis.
I’m trying to keep up with some of these developments but it seems to me like every subreddit is filled with 95% „Chatbot Vibe Coders“ that have no Idea what they are actually talking about. Do you guys know about a Community that actually Cares about these Topics and has a Data driven opinions about these developments?

I find it's good to hang out on servers from companies that build developer tools for Agents. Agent frameworks, UI libraries, etc
Mastra, Cedar, Llamaindex, E2B are a few servers I'm a member of. X.com has the most people posting about these subjects
Web dev Cody puts out useful content he spends a fair bit of time getting to know the tools before putting out a video.
