no, use Proton 10, not GE-Proton
from that wiki page:
"The launcher can technically run with GE-Proton, but the game's anticheat behaves differently when using stock Proton versus GE-Proton, so stock Proton (e.g., Proton 10) installed via Steam is required to run the actual game."

My launcher says Valve proton versions are ignored and that I need to enable em on the advanced global settings but I can't find the setting for it
