Riot Support
Hi, I've been going back & forth on a support ticket for 5 days now, unfortunately each time I respond, a different bot responds with the same fixes another bot provided or even if I had mentioned that I tried the fix already, it still went on to tell me that I should do it. I'd like to ask if there is any way to get into contact with a real support agent instead of a automated-reply bot? Since the amount of times something has been suggested to me and it being mentioned at least twice before, is getting kind of ridiculous.
