Need Help After Possible Compromise and banned acc
Hello everyone,
I am reaching out because I am very upset and confused about what happened to my Valorant account. My account (Tibbers#NA1) was permanently suspended for “cheating/scripting/using third-party programs.” However, I want to make it very clear that I have never used cheats or unauthorized software in Valorant and when I tried to seek riot support group’s help, the answer is so ridiculous, saying that I’m not the original creator of this account so they refuse to help me review the recovery of my account or any further investigation…
Here is what happened:
• I had not played for some time, and when I came back, I found my account banned.
• When I checked my match history, I saw games I definitely did not play myself.
• This makes me believe my account was compromised/hacked and used by someone else without my knowledge.
• I have since changed my password and secured my login, but the suspension remains.
This account means a lot to me — it is the only Valorant account I own, and I have invested both time and money (RP and skins) into it. Losing it because someone else misused my account feels devastating and unfair.
Regarding the locked account, I have already submitted tickets to Riot Support, but the responses have only repeated that the penalty “was correctly placed” and will remain. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point. I am willing to provide any proof of ownership (original email, payment receipts, etc.) and I also did it in last email reply, I will be more willing to offer anything if Riot needs it to verify that I am the rightful owner and help escalate my banned account.
👉 My questions for the community / Riot staff are:
1. Has anyone had success with re-opening a case when an account was compromised?
2. What specific information or steps should I provide to prove ownership and get Riot to investigate this as a security issue instead of just a ban appeal?
3. Is there any way to escalate this so it can be reviewed properly by the security/anti-cheat team?
I deeply love this game and only want my account restored fairly. Any advice, guidance, or help from the community or Riot staff would mean a lot to me.

bc you notice someone in your account playing comp and going crazy . but still had access after you played swift play and played comp in 25 august
same day they were playing comp and going crazy but you played unrated ?
idk. but many times had access after you were playing once you didnt notice it twice 3 or even 4 times you didnt notice it ?

Im the only owner of this acc, I spent time on trying different modes to finish battle pass ASAP. To clarify I always had access to my account - I could log in normally, so I didn’t realize anything was wrong at first. It was only after the beginning of Sep when I tried to login but was locked then I checked my recent match history that I noticed some of the last few games did not made by me. That’s when I realized something was wrong. I even changed my password successfully according to recovery my account page under Riot support to secure the account and then I submitted a ticket to Riot Support because those matches are authorized matches.
