Steam download on Bazzite VS windows

I have looked all over this server and have read through a amount of previous messages on steam download speed. I have done the recommended fixes and been looking it up all day. So far it seams like I will not be able to get the download speeds the windows 11 was giving me on this same hardware unless I make a seperate partition formatted it ext4 rather than Btrfs. is this the general consensus?
