Ineligible to send gifts
Yo! This has been happening to my account for the longest run. I'm not banned or anything like that at all, same region (both under SEA region and plays sg server) and fulfilled all requirements. What else could there be that I am the only one out of my friends who cant receive anything? This is what they see when they try to gift me.

I see! Do u think this would have something to do with the fact he created the account in myanmar? 😅 He took a trip in Philippines, here, and tried gifting me but it didnt work, still couldnt do it. We should've just went with a gift card. ☹️
Are you from the Philippines? If yes then yeah he can’t give you as stated in the pic above. Your only option is to buy giftcards, you can get em online as well, just make sure to get the right region.
Yes lol, thats why he was excited to gift me something when he took a trip here. Didnt work tho so that popped our bubble. Thank u sm! It must be because he created his acc in myanmar so it must be region locked there.
