ineligible to send/recieve gifts?
within the past days i haven't been able to send gifts or recieve gifts since the 20th of september idk if i did anything wrong but it says my account isn't in "good standing" ? and i'm confused as to what that means

Hey! Yeah, that message usually means there’s a temporary restriction or flag on your account — it doesn’t necessarily mean you did anything wrong. It could be something simple like unusual activity, a payment issue, or a system check.
I’d recommend checking your email or account notifications to see if there’s any message explaining it, and if not, reach out to their support team — they can tell you exactly what’s going on and help restore your account standing. and it declined twice bc my card was locked
and they restricted me from buying vp

same people, i made a ticket to riot games and they ignored my initial one responded to my second one and then closed it saying they will handle my main one and its been 52 hours since the initial post

Did you get any match / comms bans
i got a warning for when the servers were down and it disconnected me from the match entirely and i tried to re open the app lol
but that was a while ago
it was mid comp match it disconnected me
