why does it say im offline when im clearly online are there any fixes?

i think its a eu server issue
my friends are eu as well, they're literally playing rn and they've been waiting for me
its not for everyone but its there for most ppl
4/5 ppl in my premier team got the same issue(me included)
I submitted a ticket a while ago, still no response

@eclipse i reinstalled the game and the prob is solved, idk if that was the solution tho

the game just fixed itself
for me the problem was the isp having outtages
and going down
oh thats kinda weird, but at least its all good now
