Is there a way to change the OS specific version of a game in Heroic?

Hi, I installed Silksong in its Windows version cause the Linux native gave me controller issues. I saw that they released a public-beta channel and I would like to see if that fixes the issue. So the question is, is there a way to change the OS specific version? For example, in steam you just have to turn off the complatibility layer and it automatically selects the native version for you.
