Vanguard dawnloading in every mid game and im lagging .It was not like this before

vanguard download ?
when i play then game even not comp i get unstable ping im pretty sure i have a vanguard issue but i dont know my vanguard dawnload or upload information how can i fix this issue
Ping issue not related to vanguard

i chek my task manager its shows that my vanguard using my most internet range

im living iran and playing in bahrain server
How much ping do you usually get ?
i had stabel ping and i have same net same route but these days my vanguard download or upload logs and i got this issue

I’m not really sure about this, you can try reinstalling vanguard I guess
Open control panel and delete vanguard
And then open riot client and click on update
i did it and the problem didnt fixed
