Dying Light: Enhanced Edition is not Downloading

I don't know why but it isn't downloading. I reinstalled the Heroic Launcher too. I checked the Settings -> Logs and it said DLWorker 3] WARNING: Chunk download for 168844483399996326915766606683838306581 failed: (HTTPError('403 Client Error: no token for url: https://egdownload.fastly-edge.com/Builds/Org/o-2j5hh2gww8vepy62sf9dvqelweczxj/ec72fbf877284381a51d0d19d5358df9/default/ChunksV4/06/978AB3485FD3C8AF_7F0643C04390797D1FE66AB326CB5915.chunk')), retrying... A 403 Error. Why no authorization? secondly guide me on how to send the log file or did I send the correct one?

amigo I can't run a game that has not been downloaded. trying this rn! Sorry for being an idiot but the "here" link was updated? if so I am not getting the chunk error but now I am getting the increasing cache but no increase in download error like that one user got.

Yes It is up to date You got ubuntu 22.04 non arm one right?
