Account is banned, is there any way to get it back
So, I dont play Valorant very often, last time being around 2023, at some point my account was hacked and I quickly recovered it when I started to play LoL again; but, when I tried to play valorant with a friend again, it said my account was permanently banned for using third party software. I have tried submitting tickets, using recovery tool everything I know of to try to contact riot but they just shut me out every time. I have skins on the account and its the same account my whole friends list is on and I just really want it back.
