Popularity Deduction Despite Receiving Gifts from Level 31+ Accounts

I recently received a Popularity Violations Punishment Notice in my mailbox. However, I would like to clarify that all the popularity support I received came from accounts level 31 and above. According to PUBG rules, sending popularity gifts (such as Cars and Rings) is allowed from level 30+ accounts. Therefore, I don’t understand why my popularity points were removed, even though I followed the rules and did not use guest accounts or boosting services. Could you please review my case and restore the popularity that was deducted? Thank you for your support.

• I have multiple accounts level 31+, each containing 50K popularity cards (more than 20–30 cards in total). • All gifts (Cars, Rings, and 50K cards) were purchased using official UC only. • I use these accounts to support my main account, and according to PUBG rules, sending gifts from level 30+ accounts is allowed. I am currently very concerned that this activity might be considered a violation, even though I did not use any illegal methods, third-party tools, or guest accounts. Everything was done officially and legally. Could you please clarify PUBG’s rules in this case and confirm whether supporting myself with gifts from my own level 31+ accounts is allowed? I kindly request a review of my case and restoration of the popularity that was removed.
