Issue with WOW Team Setup – Need Solo Distribution After Lobby Team-Up

So how can i adjust these settings to have 4 solo players as enemies with each other in a single match, and also that 4 players can team up in the matchmaking lobby as a team. Only when they entered the match they became 4 different teams 1 for each team
