Screen tearing with Vsync enabled

Idk why this happens. On other games I get FPs higher than my refresh rate and I see no noticeable screen tearing but when I play terraria (especially with tmod) it's nearly unplayable

I hardly imagine having two fps limiters is going to do wonders for screen tearing

At least as far as I can tell you don't have the high fps support mod which is the devil's creation

i have a 60hz monitor it needs more than 60

Good I would try removing smartfps and fpslimiter And seeing if that resolves your issue

weidrly enough no screen tearing has happened yet ima test a bit more nvm spoke too soon ima check in normal terraria then do the mod thing Maybe its a frame skip thing i dont get fps drops anyways i might try disabling it - Tried in vanilla terraria, no screen tearing im disabling all mods on tmod and ima test then got screen tearing right away with NO mods UPDATE: In tmod when i go into windowed mode, all screen tearing dissapears entirely. is there a borderless window/windowed fulscreen mode? nvm, managed to somehow go into fulscreen without going into fullscreen so this is HALF resolved

Basically what i did was i did this in the tmodloader config.json
"Fullscreen": false,
"WindowMaximized": false,
"WindowBorderless": true,
"Fullscreen": false,
"WindowMaximized": false,
"WindowBorderless": true,
found in Documents/My games/Terraria/Tmodloader or smth then went in game clicked on resolution a couple times so it went to a random one then back to my naitive which somehow made the game LOOK fullscreen
