packet loss issue

hi guys, i have this problem where i have 30 ping (which is pretty good) but alot of packet loss so i keep teleporting all over the place. ive changed the dns, went from ipv6 to ipv4 and basically everything i could have done. also this issue is only in valorant, no other game.
