Ban for no concrete reason
Hello, I have a problem. My PUBG account has been banned until 2035 with the reason that I violated the rules or spread information on how to break them, which is completely false. The fact is that I am a well-known player in Romania, and a clan or several people reported me using the same false “reason,” which led to an unfair ban.
If you could help me with this, or at least have someone review my account to see that I have not broken any rules, it would be perfect. Please leave me a message if you see this, so I know.

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. If your account has been permanently suspended, please submit Appeal through https://pubgmobile.live/support.
And for non-permanent suspensions, submit an account ban appeal by logging into your account and selecting File Claim....

I got a 3 day chat mute for the same reason and when I went to ask customer service about it they just copy pasted the same "spreading information on how to break the rules" thing without giving me the actual reason that got me muted. I appealed it and then the system said they would get back to me via email in 7 working days but nothing so far and now the sanction is over lmao wtf are they doing man why are they handing out sanctions without giving the reason that got us the penalty in the first place
