False Banned 6-month
My main account on Valorant got banned for 6 months after Riot traced my account back to playing with a cheater. I played with an account of one of my friends for a few games (elo around immortal). Came to know a few days later that the account had been hacked. The person who then got the account hard cheated on it and got banned. Then, the ban was somehow traced back to me. However, I never played with the account during the period that it was cheated on. I played with the legit player. If you were to check the IP address of the player who logged onto the account during the last few games and was hard cheating, you would be able to see that they were playing from EU. The person who originally owned the account was from NA. I NEVER EVEN PLAYED WITH THE PERSON FROM EU!! I find it really unfair that I was banned for this as I never even played with a cheater in the first place, and my account was only banned because it had played with this account in the past when the person was not cheating. Again, if you check the logins, you will be able to see that the account was banned when a played from EU was playing on it that I literally never played with. Riot Support was not much help to me only because on the day that I got banned, I did not know all of this information in detail. My appeal was declined, and now all tickets are auto-declined. If someone can please help me I would really appreciate it, I was considering waiting the time but it has been a while and I really need this account back.
