Are you editing a pack? Because this error suggests there are missing files in this pack?

What shader pack are you trying to load?
Surely it can't be a broken pack when you first downloaded it.
Complementary remained with Euphoria patches
I uninstalled and reinstalled

ftransform not matching anything doesn't make sense. Try updating your drivers

Something clearly is wrong
Delete your Euphoria Patches folder, then install it again. Make sure to use Euphoria Patches 1.6.8 and Complementary r5.5.1
