High ping and unstable routing to Riot Games.

Good day, I have a persistent problem with ping and routing in Valorant.
My ISPs are:
1) SOYUZTELECOM-AS57197 (Dnipro, Ukraine)
2) Vodafone Ukraine AS21497 (UMC-AS)
My region is Dnipro, Ukraine.
I mainly play on Warsaw and Frankfurt servers.
Previously my ping on both ISPs was
Warsaw: 18-20 ms.
Frankfurt: 32–36 ms.
Now the routing changed, and my ping increased significantly:
Warsaw: 60–73 ms on SOYUZTELECOM and 18–45 ms on Vodafone
Frankfurt: 43–54 ms on both ISPs.
My first ISP is SOYUZTELECOM-AS57197. Here are 2 screenshots of what I had and what I have now. I used to have much lower ping, and the game felt much better. I tried to play with a huge number of VPNs, and the ping dropped significantly, but I got random ping spikes and packet losses using them.
Also, I have a second ISP, which is AS21497 (UMC-AS) Vodafone Ukraine, and the situation is the same, but with a slight change. The ping differs so much when I connect to the servers; it varies a lot from game to game. Sometimes it's 20, but the very next game it's already 35 or 40 to the same server. Most of the time it happens with Warsaw, but in Frankfurt the situation feels the same; sometimes it can be 45 ms, but the next game I can get 50 ms.
