Help with VPS Hosting
Hi, short introduction. We're running a(trying to) SMP with 20-50 Players. Maximum of 53. I wanna host this with a VPS and not a hosting provider to have more control. We have a few mods (50 light ones, not big technical stuff) and want to disable elytras. Will a Hetzner server be alright? I don't want to spend more than 40€ per Month. I was gonna pre load chunks and go with a (yes bad single core perf.) AMD epyc 7002 for example. The good hetzner CPU's have a 39€ upfront payment needed..
I'm open for questions etc!! I might reply in 10h because I might be asleep.

Depending on the mods that cpu might not be able to handle that many players
I don't really have access to the modlist right now, but my mate promised me it's nothing heavy. Basically vanilla+
Backpacks, drawers and iron furnaces as well as more deco blocks and biomes o plenty pretty much

I can get a Ryzen 7 3700x for 30bucks a month with no bandwidth restrictions and 64gigs of ram

I have full control and can install any os etc I want. And I have physical shutdown controls etc
There's no hypervisor on it, so would that be okay? I tested the chunk gen

Anyone got a cheap alternative? A VPS would be best id like to setup the stuff on my own, otherwise I'll just go for a premade PT panel one
mevspace offers fairly decent deals on dedis, haven't looked at their VPSes, but if they're priced anything like their dedis you might have some luck there. Their nodes are all based in Poland, iirc
