Regarding Steam Games Installation
Hi! I did read the frequently asked questions section about how some Steam games fail to install on Heroic. I am sorry if this question is repetitive, but can someone just clarify if this situation I am facing falls under this category of problem? I had spent a lot of time and am not sure what the actual problem is.
So I have been trying to install Star Wars Battlefront 2, a game I own on Steam, through the Heroic Steam option. I have a MacBook with Silicon M1 chip. It had been stuck on 99% and then the download shows corrupted. I have tried clearing cache, as well as rebooting and reinstalling, but the same problem occurs. Is this a heroic problem or is it fixable?
If it is a problem about Steam's outdated version and incompatibility, does anyone know if there is any other free option to run the Steam game on MacOS aside from Crossover?
