Whenever I press any mouse button 2 or 3 times, I get the C ability. What should I do?
This is valid for all characters. Whatever skill I put on the C key comes up. I tried the C key in LOL but nothing like that happened there.

Check your settings to see if anything is overlapping
It was something that had never happened before. I thought there was a problem with the mouse, but the problem is related to the game. I will reset the settings and try again.

You did check your in-game settings, right?
Uh, try repairing the in-game files maybe one got corrupted? Riot Client-> Settings -> Valorant -> Repair
