How is it possible that my application to recover the account is rejected?
I have the same phone number that I used for years, until someone changed it. I have the same email, I have the same Facebook. I have all the transactions on google pay where i buy UCs. Friends that I played with for 6 years reported that my account is stolen and PUBG tells me that it cannot reset the phone number and email as it was from 6 years ago. It's unbelievable to have lvl 90 in the collection and have my account stolen and PUBG not doing anything. I haven't changed friends I play with in 6 years, I haven't changed logins and Pubg doesn't do anything. I ask them to bring the account as it was for 6 years, the same login and they don't want to do anything. Unbelievable what is happening

I'm starting to feel really bad that I invested so much in my PUBG account.
Unbelievable to come with all the evidence and do nothing. I've been playing from the same city, the same country for 6 years and suddenly someone change to an obscure address and they say they can't do anything.
Same I play from 7 years they don't give me my account back
It's incredible what's happening.with all the evidence in i can't recover the account. I have all the logins that I have been using for 6 years
you can actually recover your account even by only giving your payments, at least that was how a few of my friends used to do it back in the days
To help you understand, I posted a highlight video from a few years ago, showing the latest transactions from both Google Pay and the bank statement. I have the same facebook for 6 years since I started this game. I sent the picture of my facebook login in PUBG. My friends in the game reported my account as stolen. I have the same phone number I've been using for years. I have the same email I've been using for years. I asked to return to the old ones, not the ones changed 3 days ago and it was given a negative answer. It's incredible to provide so much evidence and not get the account back.
I don't understand how I can lose a lvl 90 account, tell them that I can send them all transactions from both google pay and bank statements, even send them the last 2 transactions and they don't do anything
Thanks goodness my account got recoverd few hours ago. Just keep in contact with PUBG mobile. Unfortunately I didn't have registration date of my account. Submitted a claim week ago and i finally got it.
