"Endstop y still triggered after retract" when running "BEACON_INITIAL_CALIBRATION"

Hi, Model: VCore4 400mm IDEX Following through calibration, only lower belts installed at this stage as per instructions. Just done a clean install on VCore 4 400mm as I had this issue so tried a clean run first. Everything updated. Run through the guide, checked endstops manually for each and all works as expected. When BEACON_INITIAL_CALIBRATION runs, the extruders both move to the far edges of X, then move forward towards the front of the machine and hit the Y endstop, the extruders then move toward centre slightly then I get the error "Endstop y still triggered after retract" 5 times in the console output. Any help would be great, thank you.

When doing the manual moving of the axis' for Y should they stay static on X and just move back and forward or with just the lower belts are they meant to move towards/away from each other before then moving the gantry forwards/backwards? Ah looks like I'm meant to have hybrid belts installed as its IDEX at this point, just non IDEX to skip, will attempt that first.

ah, yeah. Can't skip hybrid belts on an IDEX setup If you're following the commissioning guide, make sure to select IDEX on each of the sections. I dunno why it doesn't set it for all when you select one, but it's tripped many up.
