Anyone know a fix to this above ^^ havnt been able to open valorant for a year... i fully uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. and this is what it says?

According to the logs it appears that something is stopping it from establishing a connection and for some reason that is required to install the client even though it could still call to the CDN and install itself. It could also be a permission related error where it does not have permission to use the web.
Because the logs didn't provide a clear answer I don't want to go through another hour or two of debugging.
According to the logs the server's response was literally empty

that's most likely the issue. I tried doing the zip file method in a sandbox and it worked perfectly
so it's something with your system
