Some email domains are not being delivered, some take up to one minute to deliver
Hello Kinde, we've been slowly migrating to Kinde for our authentication and for Gmail users, everything works flawlessly.
But users from seznam.cz provider (@email.cz) have a delay of like 30 seconds before receiving the confirmation email
Users from companies such as @npu.cz, @enjoy-riding.cz don't get no confirmation email at all
We had a custom email delivery system before and didn't have these issues, so, sadly, this is a regression for our product. We invested a bunch into moving to Kinde so we cannot switch back that easily, which is why I come here to ask for your help š Is there any way to debug this or move the email delivery forward

Hi MIchal,
Thanks for reaching out and for your patience while we look into it. From what youāve described, these issues are usually related to how those providers handle inbound email (e.g., spam filtering, greylisting, or blocklisting). Here are a few steps you can take right away: - check spam/junk/quarantine folders - in many cases, emails are being held there. - Ensure your DNS records are fully set up (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) - this greatly improves trust with recipient servers. In parallel, I have raised this issue internally, Iāll update you as soon possible.
Thanks

Hey Michal,
I am terribly sorry you are experiencing these email deliverability issues.
Are you using your own email server with Kinde or Kinde's default email server - this doc explains how to use your own email server with Kinde.
Are you also able to share the email headers of those that deliver with a 30 second delay so our team can look into this issue further - please send them to support@kinde.com
I understand that this issue with email deliverability is a frustrating one, especially since its a regression.
Many members of our team previously worked at Campaign Monitor where they specialised in email deliverability. So I am certain we can resolve your email issue once we get some more details.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

What specifically do you need for the email headers? An example email that has the delay would be "misa.kuc1@seznam.cz"
Another emails that have troubles getting the emails silva.valoskova@seznam.cz, roksolana@apiv.cz
Hey Michal,
Thanks for sharing some emails that experienced these issues.
This will help us with the investigation.
By email headers, I am referring to the metadata of an email. They sit at the top of every email message (usually hidden by default in mail clients) and contain technical details about the messageās path, sender, and formatting.
Here is a doc on getting the email header from the Gmail client. You should be able to find a similar article for the email client you are using.
Also, are you able to confirm whether you are using your own email SMTP server with Kinde or not? You can confirm this by going to the Kinde Admin and heading to: Settings > Environment > Email
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Again please feel free to send these to support@kinde.com so you don't send sensitive information in a public channel.
Can you also please let us know the name of your Kinde business, or Kinde domain - you can find this by going to the Kinde Admin and the URL should be something like xx.kinde.com/admin
This will allow us to locate your Kinde business and troubleshoot further.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
