LODs don't render anymore on server
Me and some friends bought a deticated server to play on and installed distant horizons. At first it generated LODs while we were finding a base location but now it doesn't render any new ones at all unless we explore a chunk first ourselves. Is there a fix to this?
I've tried generating them with the pregen command but all the LODs are missing long stripes of rendered chunks

Do the server and clients have distant generation enabled?
How long have you waited for stuff to generate?
!slowgen
World generation in general is quite slow and world gen mods can slow it down even more. If you want to speed it up:
Install Noisium, Lithium and C2ME. These mods can improve generation speed by a bit, but it will still not be fast.
Increase
To see if
CPU Load in Distant Horizons settings for faster generation, but you will experience more lag spikes and stuttering due to heavier workload on CPU. You are not required to wait for the full generation to finish, although it is better for fps if you do.
To see if
Distant Generator is really working or not:
1) Check CPU usage while in-game, using Aggressive settings of CPU Load. If CPU usage's hovering around 80-100%, the LoDs are generating in the background.
2) Go to DH settings > Advanced Options > Debug > Wireframe, set Enable Debug Wireframe Rendering and Show World Gen Queue to True.
Enabling both settings will show you the visualization of world gen tasks queued and working on the map (blue boxes for queued tasks, red boxes for working tasks)Any worldgen mods or datapacks present on the server?

- FEATURES: Complete generation of all LODs with mostly correct structures and trees. Does not save vanilla chunks, and is much faster than FULL unless C2ME is installed.
- FULL: Generates and saves both DH LODs and vanilla chunks, has 100% correct LODs, because it also saves vanilla chunks it takes the most amount of drive space. Generation speed will suck unless C2ME is installed.
- PRE-EXISTING: Generates LODs for all existing vanilla chunks.
You can try chnaging generation mode to FULL
client does and i am 99% sure server does as it did generate out of render distance in the beginning but stopped working after some time. we have waited for a VERY long time so i am 100% sure it isnt loading anything + the cpu usage is normal
we have tectonic and blooming biosphere installed, the lods that rendered with them earlier look perfect
i forgot to show an image of the pregen command problem i mentioned

if it would load these chunks it would work just fine. But nothing we tried, like making radius smaller or changing origin ogf load, has made it load them
Try this, especially the second part
it seems to be loading new lods with the pregen command, but not in the middle of that giant void
only continuing on the outside of the chunks you can see in the picture i sent above
