Val use more cpu prob heating
download msi afterburner and check cpu temperature when play val

just tried it temp was 60 and at lag it jumped to 70
after closing val 50

Okay so it freezes my whole screen for like 5 seconds then runs really well like 400fps uncapped but i cap it at 200 and after like 10s it freezes again

wifi but it genuinely only happens on valorant so i dont see how that could be ain issue

Expand network adapter

Right click and disable Realtek family controller
Then try the game, see if it freezes
