game lags out/zones out for 1 or 2 seconds
my game lags out/zones out for 1 or 2 seconds and also, the audio also gives... the sound of BSOD(BSoD/Freezing accompanied with a buzzing sound), then its normal for 1 min but it does it again.
i have 9800x3d, and a good pc (without any GPU) and playing it on win 10 (since in win 11, this issue was so much that my whole pc would does this buzzing sound even when i'd play youtube or some other surfing)

i have this same issue after reinstalling, constant system-wide stutters with the game open even just idling on the menu

apparently theres a proxy it uses that screws with the system
I uninstalled, will see if perma fixed.
Valorant stutters (CPU wait GPU time spikes) - VALORANT
I have just built this pc recently and am getting micro stutters within games upon checking the graphs I can see a direct co-relation between the 'CPU wait GPU time' stat graph. The graph keeps spiking mid game and sometime the the Game to render latency also spikes and the crosshair direction changes within game.

if your graphics card is amd
theres a nifty feature where they'll basically downplay the card in low stress situations. So if it runs too well, it'll overshoot the underperformance, causing a bottleneck in the cpu- hence the stuttering.
