Dummy Plug limited resolution selection after an update

TLDR:
I have a dummy plug to use on my PC as a Sunshine host. I am on a GTX 1080ti. On images before
Image 1 is working. Image 2 is not working.
There appear to be multiple people running into this issue.

bazzite-gnome-nvidia:stable-42.20250804 -ish (maybe 0809as well) I am able to select 1920x1080 and there is a large range of resolutions selectable. After those images, I am unable to select 1920x1080 and there is a smaller range of resolutions.Image 1 is working. Image 2 is not working.
