I’ve enabled UEFI and Disabled Legacy and im still getting the same issue

you have to clear secure boot keys
then install default secure boot keys

you need to disable csm
Go to the “Settings” tab.
Then select “Advanced”.
Look for “CSM (Compatibility Support Module)
sometimes can be in boot tab
so look for it
