How to disable rawinputbuffer in the latest update

After the latest update, the rawinputbuffer setting got removed and is always on by default, and it being on, messes up with my mouse since it's wireless and disables the scroll wheel and side buttons, and I'd like to know if there is a way to bypass it in anyway or disable it

it's been enabled by default. And can no longer be turned off

i cant get my side buttons to work at all and they are pretty important

it still has a line in your config file but im not sure it does anything, mine was set to false when i checked it but who knows. i hate how my mouse feels with raw input on but whatever i guess

very annoying they removed the option to toggle it on and off but i guess if it makes trigger botting harder
