Is Storage template albums with exclusion?
In the latest versions, I no longer see "camera roll", so I think the only way to backup now is using "Recents"? Anyways, I have recents picked and wanted the directory struction like this UPLOAD_LOCATION/library/admin/2022/202202/20220203/IMAGE_56437.jpg
so I used this template {{y}}/{{y}}{{MM}}/{{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}/{{filename}} which works great. But recently I wanted to add some folders and what I was hoping for was to get 2025/2024 etc but also have Albums go in a folder at the root called Albums so I used this
{{#if album}}Albums/{{album}}/{{else}}{{y}}/{{y}}{{MM}}/{{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}/{{/if}}{{filename}} I then ran the template migrate job but what this did was remove all the 2025/2024/2023 roots and put them under Albums . Is there a way to EXCLUDE the Recents album from this?
To have a directory structure like this.
Albums
2022
2023
2024
2025

Successfully submitted, a tag has been added to inform contributors. :white_check_mark:No there is not , if the asset is in any album it will go in the albums folder
ok, good to know, my current solution is this
{{#if album}}Albums/{{album}}/{{y}}/{{y}}{{MM}}/{{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}/{{else}}{{y}}/{{y}}{{MM}}/{{y}}{{MM}}{{dd}}/{{/if}}{{filename}}
just was wondering if I was missing something
I was hoping to keep the Albums flat though, (so all pictures of "Car" where in one folder only named Car, now they are in Car/2023/2024 etc
I assume there is nothing like {{#if album==Car}}
There is not
ok, I did a feature request, hopefully it can get added at some point
