Database upgrade stuck

Hi all, I have upgraded the database to the new version and the upgrade is stuck at the phase "shutting down API" (it has been more than 2 days already). I have opened a ticket SU-247752 with no response for now. Does anybody have any suggestions? Thanks so much Paolo

Based on your comment in another thread that the db works and the API does not then I don't think it is a browser state hang. So not much you can do as their infra team will need to figure out why it is stuck. Did you get back a ticket # email at least so you know the email is working?

Yes I received their email back with this code SU-247752. I also tried to cancel some pid (suggested by AI assistant) using the SQL editor but I don't think I have the credentials (only superusers can). I am a free user, how long should I expect to wait?

There is no set time. I don't have a good feel right now as few users comment back when it gets fixed.
