Val will not open, I am left with a black screen, and my cursor is loading with a blue circle.
I recently updated my drivers to the latest released one so this may be an issue? But if so, how do I resolve that to be able to play Valorant again? Please help or point me in the direction to get the help I need for this issue.

I just reinstalled my previous drivers and I am still receiving the same issue.
Press f11 it will ask you to relogin and then it starts repairing my files.
uhm f11 is just switch the game from full screen to window full screen 🙂

Yeah but it asked me to restart and then it repaired my files

Maybe because it unfreezes the game so it registers the issue and then tries to solve it

f11 will only switch your game mode
Black screen first, switched to windowed mode, game crashes and asks me to restart the client>Opens the client> shows me the tab which says repairing the files.

if you had issue for repair the game it will show you update instead of play 🙂

no. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled, hopefully this isnt an issue i spent hella money on this game

@Rachel I did all of those steps and now my game crashes once it opens after a long time

^ if drivers are corrupted, just updating doesn’t fix it, you’ll have to reinstall them.

It happened just after the update that it gets stuck on loading and I'm having a hard time understanding how is the driver corrupted cuz it works fine for other games...
Update means game update
Cause game requires you to update all your drivers, game won’t run on outdated drivers.
Valorant mandates you to update everything.

They don’t make you update every single update that drops immediately, maybe 2-3 updates later, game will stop working and will require you to update your gpu drivers to latest.

Like I said, everything needs to be updated, even if you’re not playing on igpu, you’ll need to update it.
