Z_TILT_ADJUST
Hello!
It is possible to change Z_TILT_ADJUST to use more than 3 points? My x-gantry is worp when heated, and second point broke all bed mesh.

No, that makes no sense. What you want is to fix your bed. What is the actual issue you are having?
The problem is that the x-axis is severely curved when heated. The maximum curvature occurs in the center. When the table is leveled, the rear-center point is at the peak of the x-axis hump. This means the entire table ultimately tilts downward relative to the two front points during leveling.
That's where the table is mounted, which is (approximately) where it needs to check for z-tilt. You should change the plate if you are still unable to get a good first layer.
That height difference still should be able to be compensated for I think
