What’s the Point of Support If You Don’t Reply?"
"So this is the so-called ‘support system’ of PUBG? I reported a serious crash issue with all details provided, and it’s been more than 24 hours now—still not a single reply from any admin or moderator. Absolute joke. Every update introduces more and more bugs, the game crashes in the middle of fights, players lose matches, lose rank, lose time, and all we get from the official side is SILENCE.
You guys are running one of the biggest games in the world but can’t even maintain basic communication with your players? What’s the point of having a Discord server and a support channel if nobody from the team is active? Do you expect players to just waste their time writing reports for nothing?
This level of ignorance is straight up pathetic. If you can’t handle bugs, at least respect the players who are taking the effort to report them. Right now it feels like PUBG doesn’t give a damn about its community. Shame on this unprofessional behavior—fix your game, fix your support, or stop pretending you actually care."

Hello @Musa
It takes time to review bugs. Be patient please.
how much buddy
"So when will this crash issue be solved? After the season is already over?"
It’s not even about getting angry for no reason — but when you’re pushing rank and the game crashes in the middle of a fight, of course anyone will lose their mind. Even my friend who has an iPad 9th gen faces the exact same issue. It’s clearly not about devices, it’s your game that’s broken. I’ve tried everything, reported the bug properly on the official support site, and now it’s been 13 days. Still the same crashes, still no fix. How long do players have to wait before PUBG finally takes this seriously
