Enable HDR over Sunshine without HDR-capable monitor?
I'm running Bazzite Gnome desktop (AMD 7900 XTX), and frequently stream to my OLED Steam Deck which is plugged into an HDR-capable TV. However, neither my attached monitor nor my DisplayPort dummy plug are HDR-capable - I'm wondering if there's some way I can trick Bazzite into turning on HDR for when I'm streaming?
I found this thread which seems like a step in the right direction: https://www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/comments/199ylqz/streaming_with_sunshine_from_virtual_screens/. However it involves setting kernel parameters, something I'm not familiar with, nor am I even sure an immutable distro like Bazzite allows it? But in any case, it seems highly useful to me to have a virtual screen set up that I can use for streaming / remote desktop scenarios like this, so if there was any way for me to do that here that would be amazing.
Let me know if anybody has any further ideas, or knows how to setup a virtual screen like in that link I posted.
