Hello, I need urgent help with a billing/registrar issue.

I accidentally purchased a domain with a saved business card instead of my personal card.

Domain: [*.cc]

Billing profile is personal, but Cloudflare charged the business card. I’ve already opened a support ticket, but I’m worried about timing since there will be HUGE problems in accounting.

Questions:

Can Cloudflare perform a grace delete + refund to the original card?

Any advice or confirmation from staff/community would be appreciated.
