DoG refuses to spawn + necroplasm spirits won't spawn either

i've been playing calamity and gotten the error of DoG's ai broke, and it just automatically despawns it. the same no spawn issue is also occuring to dungeon necroplasm spirits, in which it refuses to just spawn and drop necroplasm, effectively softlocking progression without the intervention of the cheat sheet. i've provided a clip and some logs on the issue (audio is muted in the clip for the sake of anonymity of me and my friend's voices)
