Falsely blocked for phishing, no help even after 15 days

Some people are just sending false report to Cloudflare to block my page. Cloudflare just accepts it without any investigation and when we send email to check and unblock, we don't get any help.
It happened before, and I was able to get it to unblocked after some weeks. But it happened again, I can't wait many weeks to get it resolved.

I've already sent email, filled general form, requested unblock in dashboard, still nothing.
netcraft, who sent the email to block it, later agreed that it was an incorrect report.
How can I get it unblocked in cloudflare?
