Purchased Premium, but no DM
I've purchased server premium and recieved confirmation from payment processor, but haven't received a DM as stated after paying

It takes a little bit to actually activate depending on when you purchase it I believe, but if you’re sure you received no DM, then we’ll look into that part for future subscribers.

If this is an issue in your server, make sure you've included your server's ID (This can be found on the
/ping
command), as well as which users are having this issue.
Once your question has been answered, you can mark your question as solved via Right click solution message -> Apps -> ✅ Mark Solution

Just to clarify for AnswerOverflow, the sub was purchased on an alt account, the DM didn’t fail.
We’ll still look into API docs issue
