I just launched the sonic racing crossworlds demo, and it popped up with some message about wine proton version not found, use latest? And when I launched it all my save data was gone

See if there's a folder fitting that path there. If there is, set that as your Wineprefix path
This doesn't look right, usually it should be"winePrefix": "/home/deck/Games/Heroic/Prefixes/default",
