My account was gold then someone hacked my account I am now radiant.

I have recovered my account but I am Radiant and cannot que with my friends. I don't wanna rank down and get reported for either being a thrower and a account buyer. I am wondering if someone knows how to get back to my original rank or remove the restriction?
